Selling Cars is our business. We can sell anything. If you bring it we can certainly auction it.

Auction services for dealers only.

We run two lanes of vehicles with experienced auctioneers.
We will strive to get the best possible price.

This is a partial list of auction rules. See the registration packet for a complete list.

	All sold vehicles must be removed from CTAA by 5:00 PM Wednesday following the sale. No exceptions. A $15.00 fee per day unit storage fee will be accessed.
	Speed limit on the lot will be 5 MPH.
	No test driving on lot.
	Dealer will be responsible for any associate he/she brings to the auction.

	Dealers must be registered prior to the attending the auction. see registration
	Dealers must sign in at the office.

	Other auction policies:
	The auction's decisions are final.
	Announcements made at auction block supercedes all other rules.
	The auction reserves the right to refuse services to anyone.
	The auction reserves the right to void a transaction.
	A returned draft/check fee will be charged on each returned item.
	Vehicle sold that are over ten years old or older are assumed to be TRUE MILES UNKNOWN.
	The auction will not be liable for any stolen items or damage caused by theft, collision, vandalism, terrorism and all acts of nature.

Auction guarantees titles, drafts & checks. No other warranties expressed or implied.
